High Strength PEEK
High-Strength PEEK is formed through the production of PEEK filaments from PEEK particles. High-Strength PEEK has a tensile strength of 270 MPa, while retaining the thermal and chemical robustness of traditional PEEK resins. High-Strength PEEK is an excellent replacement in applications where traditional PEEK filament products are currently used.
Key Advantages:- High-Strength PEEK has excellent high temperature resistance, with a continuous use temperature of 260 °C.
- High-Strength PEEK possesses outstanding mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of 270 MPa.
- High-Strength PEEK combines toughness and rigidity, making it an ideal choice in many applications.
- High-Strength PEEK’s strength and fatigue resistance values outperform metal and alloy materials.
