Product Details
PEEK for Wear-Resistant Pipes is engineered for the manufacture of various Wear-Resistant Piping/Tubing, including electrical jacketing, conduit, fuel/coolant delivery lines, etc.
Key Advantages:
- Pipes made from PEEK for Wear-Resistant Pipes are lighter and last longer than pipes made from other materials.
- Pipes/tubes made from PEEK for Wear-Resistant Pipes have excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, permeation resistance, are electrically insulated, and possess fatigue strength in high-temperature environments.
- Pipes made from PEEK for Wear-Resistant pipes can handle high-temperature steam and/or hydrogen sulfide gas, up to 200 °C. When used in corrosive environments, the product maintains its high performance.
- The pipes are 65% lighter than equivalent stainless-steel pipes, 45% lighter than equivalent titanium alloy pipes, and 30% lighter than equivalent aluminum alloy pipes.
